| Overhazard ::: Favorites 2007-10-05 00:29:42 The opponent may have EV-trained Salamence in Special Defense so it can survive an Ice Beam. That's what happened with Palmer's Dragonite in the D/P Battle Tower. Helping Hand boosts the attack power of the partner's attack by 1.5. Swampert is a lot lighter than it looks; Grass Knot's base power is only 60 before the weakness. Helping Hand brings it up to 90. (Or, more specifically whatever numerical value of damage it would have done, it would have done 1.5 tmes more.) __________________________________________________ | |
