Not 100% sure but some of your chords there sounded like better variations on the original - slightly jazzier perhaps??? Also, I might be wrong but in the middle break there might have been some triplets going on? I'm probably wrong in my assumption but they sounded really, really good. Maybe someone else can put us right on this. There are triplets (well it's in compound time really) all the way through. And compound time - yes, it's been a long time and my technical terms are not what they were. But it sounded great and I think I need to re-evaluate this song.
