Description: We're All on This Date Together OMJ, you guys. I just came back from Tribune Studios right here in Hollywood to watch a rehearsal of Hannah Montana's season 2 finale! Guess who was there? None other than the super adorable Corbin Bleu! The talented singer and actor is coming back to the show as Johnny (you may remember him from the very first episode of Hannah). The main scene I watched them rehearse today was so hilarious. I can't tell you much, but you have to watch out for an unforgettable "date" with Corbin as Johnny and Miley as Hannah in this episode. It's titled "We're All On This Date Together." Okay so when I walked inside Stage 9 of the studio, I was greeted by Corbin's dad David (his costar in Jump In!). We chatted for a bit and then I found my spot right behind the director and crew of the show. Corbin was wearing a green hoodie, white t-shirt, a cross necklace and jeans. Miley looked super comfy and cute in her printed hoodie over a black tank, skinny jeans and teal Ugg boots. They were in the middle of rehearsing a scene set in a Japanese restaurant (oops, I just spilled another secret!). Moises Arias was there, too, sporting a long sleeve t-shirt, dark colored jeans and white sneaks. In between rehearsing their lines, Miley would give random hugs to Corbin and Moises. She also chewed gum and fidgeted a bit, but she looked so relaxed and was always on top of her lines. I think it'd be so hard to remember anything and not blush around cuties like Corbin and Moises, but Miley kept her cool. Whatta pro! Corbin was the first to spot me. He waved, gave a big smile and winked at me to say "Hi!" Miley waved and smiled right after him. They were in the middle of work, though, so I had to wait until they got a break to give them hugs. I noticed Miley kept taking photos of her with Corbin and Moises with a digital camera on set. Moises had everyone cracking up with his lines. He's such a sweet guy, but once he turns on his "Rico" charm, you can't help but laugh! There's a part in this scene where a plastic toy octopus lands on Corbin's head (I can't help it with the secrets today!). I found out that a real one will be used during the episode taping. I hope the curly-haired cutie's ready for that! Finally, the moment I've been waiting for. The cast had a very short break so I was able to say "Hello" to Miley, Corbin and Moises. Miley came running up to me and gave me a hug. She thanked me for coming and I told her how awesome the scene looked. Then it was Corbin's turn. He hugged me and asked how I was. Of course, I wanted to know what was going on with him these days! He told me he had so much fun touring and still had a few more shows to perform. He was so excited to tell me about going to Puerto Rico. "It's beautiful there," he said. "I got to ride ATV's through a jungle. It was awesome!" The next scene I got to watch was set in Rico's Surf Shop. (Psst...the "beach" set up is just a few steps away from the Japanese restaurant set) I watched Miley and Moises do karate kicks and flips before they started rehearsing the scene. Emily Osment arrived on set wearing a blue cardigan over a white t-shirt, grey jeans and a striped scarf. Mitchel Musso walked in from the opposite side of the set, looking so cute in a printed black t-shirt, Adidas track pants and tan shoes. Next to Miley, I would say Mitchel was the next most comfortably dressed person on set. He gave me a hug and chatted for a bit before he had to join his costars in rehearsal. Again, I watched another hilarious scene, where Mitchel and Emily (as Oliver and Lilly) acted like they both had a cold. It was a sneeze-o-rama on set! Thankfully, none of the stars were really sick. There were a few (very lucky) fans who also got to watch the rehearsals, and every time there was a break, Miley, Mitchel, Emily, Moises and Corbin would come up and sign autographs and give hugs. This cast is so sweet! I can't wait to see this episode - did I mention it's the season 2 finale? - and see Corbin's big Hannah Montana comeback! |
